Welcome to NotionTemo! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to NotionTemo, I'm a sole trader operating this store and website under the trading name NotionTemo. We provide all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to offer you a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

We sell digital products – Notion templates and template libraries. All files are delivered digitally through our subscription-based library. We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products in our online store. However, appearance may differ slightly due to your device settings.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products purchased by you will meet your expectations, as each template is fully editable and you are free to customize it to your needs. All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities on a case‑by‑case basis.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

When you subscribe to a plan, you are making an offer to purchase. NotionTemo reserves the right to accept or decline your subscription for any reason at its discretion. Your subscription is not active until we confirm acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your subscription is activated. Please review your selection carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after your subscription is activated (access is granted immediately).

Your subscriptions are subject to cancellation solely in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or business use and not for commercial resale or redistribution of the template files.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a subscription will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, which may be applied according to applicable law (e.g., French VAT for EU customers).

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You represent and warrant that: (i) the payment information you provide is true and correct; (ii) you are duly authorized to use such payment method; (iii) charges incurred by you will be honoured by your payment provider; and (iv) you will pay all charges incurred at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.

SECTION 5 - DELIVERY (DIGITAL PRODUCTS)

All products sold on NotionTemo are digital downloads (Notion templates) or access to our template library. No physical shipping is involved. Upon successful payment and subscription activation, you will receive access to our template library immediately. You can duplicate any template directly to your Notion workspace. Delivery is instant (within minutes). We are not liable for delays caused by email delivery issues or incorrect email addresses provided by you. Once you receive access, the product is considered delivered.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, template designs, and the arrangement there of, are owned by NotionTemo, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by French and international copyright and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal or internal business use only. Subscribing grants you a single‑user license to use and customize any template in our library for your own purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify (for resale), create derivative works of, publicly display, or transmit any of the material on the Services without our prior written consent. Purchasing a subscription does not transfer ownership of the templates — you are granted a license to use them. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the template files (original or modified) with any third party. Unauthorized use of the Services may be a violation of intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

"NotionTemo", our logos, and product names are trademarks of NotionTemo. You must not use such trademarks without prior written permission. Shopify's name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Shopify Inc. Notion's name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Notion Labs, Inc.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third‑party tools (e.g., payment processors, analytics) which we neither monitor nor control. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools "as is" without any warranties. We shall have no liability arising from your use of optional third‑party tools. Any use by you of such tools is at your own risk and discretion.

SECTION 8 - THIRD‑PARTY LINKS

The Services may contain links to third‑party websites. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third‑party materials. If you decide to leave our Services to access these third‑party sites, you do so at your own risk. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to your access of any third‑party websites.

NotionTemo is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with us (NotionTemo). By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and us, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products. You hereby release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with us.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes personal information as described in its Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these privacy policies.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL NotionTemo, OUR PARTNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SHOPIFY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
