Terms of sale

These Terms of Sale (the "Terms") govern the purchase of subscriptions and digital products from NotionTemo (the "Store", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by NotionTemo, a sole trader (auto‑entrepreneur) registered in France. By placing an order or subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

1. Scope and Applicability

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on the NotionTemo website. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms may be amended from time to time, and the most current version will be posted on this page.

2. Products and Subscriptions

NotionTemo offers digital products – specifically, Notion templates and template libraries – through a subscription model. The following plans are available:

• Starter – $9/month – Access to 20 templates
• Pro – $19/month – Access to 50 templates
• Business – $29/month – Access to 80 templates
• Enterprise – $49/month – Access to 120+ templates

All plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis (or yearly if selected). By subscribing, you agree to the automatic renewal of your plan at the end of each billing cycle.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for your subscription will be the price in effect at the time you place your order and will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept payments via Shopify Payments, Stripe, and PayPal. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. If your payment method fails, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the template library.

4. Subscription and Billing

Your subscription begins immediately upon successful payment. You will have access to all templates included in your selected plan. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@notiontemo.store. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the template library until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

5. Delivery

All products are delivered instantly via digital download. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with access to our template library. You can duplicate any template directly to your Notion workspace. No physical shipping is required.

6. User License

Subscribing to a plan grants you a single‑user, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the templates included in your plan for your personal or business purposes. You may:

• Duplicate and customize templates for your own use;
• Use templates for your personal or professional projects.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share templates (original or modified) with any third party;
• Use templates for commercial resale or as part of a product you sell;
• Claim ownership of the templates.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. As all products are digital, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if you experience technical issues (corrupted files, broken links, etc.), please contact us within 14 days of purchase, and we will review your case.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, no further charges will be made, and you will retain access until the end of your paid period.

8. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, graphics, text, and other content provided through NotionTemo are the intellectual property of NotionTemo and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any template is strictly prohibited.

By subscribing, you do not acquire ownership of the templates — you are granted a license to use them as described in Section 6.

9. Tax and Duties

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, including sales tax, VAT, or other duties that may apply to your purchase. For EU customers, VAT may be applied in accordance with local laws. As a micro‑entreprise, we may not be registered for VAT; any applicable taxes will be clearly indicated at checkout.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

All templates are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the templates will meet your specific requirements or that they will be error‑free. You are responsible for verifying that the templates fit your needs.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by French law, NotionTemo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the templates or the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription during the 12 months prior to the claim.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale shall be governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bourg-en-Bresse, France.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Sale at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
