NotionTemo is operated by NotionTemo, a sole trader (auto‑entrepreneur) registered in France. All products sold on this website are digital goods — specifically, Notion templates and access to our template library via subscription. As such, no physical shipping or delivery is required.

Instant Digital Delivery

Immediately after your payment is successfully processed and your subscription is activated, you will receive:

• An email confirmation containing access to our template library.
• Direct access to all templates included in your plan from your account dashboard (if you created an account during checkout).

Delivery is instant — typically within seconds of completing your purchase. No physical items will be shipped to your address.

What to Do If You Don't Receive Access

If you do not receive the access email within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder. Still missing? Contact us at support@notiontemo.store with your order number, and we will resend your access link immediately.

Incorrect Email Address

You are responsible for providing a valid and functional email address at checkout. If you enter an incorrect email address, we will attempt to locate your order using other provided information, but we cannot guarantee delivery. Please double‑check your email before completing your purchase.

Access Issues

If you experience technical problems accessing your templates (e.g., broken link, unable to duplicate), please email us within 7 days of purchase. We will verify the issue and provide a corrected access link or, if necessary, a refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

No Physical Shipping Charges

Because all products are delivered digitally, you will never be charged any shipping, handling, or customs fees. The price you see at checkout is the final price, plus any applicable taxes (e.g., French VAT for EU customers).

European Union Customers

For customers within the European Union, your right of withdrawal (cooling‑off period) for digital products is lost once you have started accessing or duplicating the templates. By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you cannot cancel the order after you have accessed the library.
