Refund policy

NotionTemo operates this website and sells digital products — specifically, Notion templates and template libraries — under the business name NotionTemo, a sole trader registered in France. All products are delivered digitally as downloadable templates or through access to our template library.

Digital Products – No Physical Returns

Because our products are digital downloads (Notion templates) that cannot be returned in a physical sense, our refund policy differs from that of physical goods. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, or because a template does not meet your expectations — as all templates are fully customizable and you can adapt them to your needs.

Subscription Model – Cancellation

NotionTemo operates on a subscription basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• Cancel via your account dashboard (if you created an account).
• Send a cancellation request to support@notiontemo.store.

If you cancel, you will retain access to the template library until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be made. Refunds are not issued for partial months – the subscription will continue until the end of the paid period.

When Are Refunds Possible?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience a genuine issue — such as a corrupted template file, a technical error that prevents duplication, or a material difference from the product description — please contact us within 14 days of your purchase or subscription start date. We will review your case and, at our discretion, may offer:

• A corrected version of the template (free of charge),
• Store credit toward a different template or plan, or
• A full refund to your original payment method.

We do not offer refunds for subscriptions that have been actively used for more than 14 days, or for templates that have been duplicated more than 3 times.

How to Request Support or a Refund

To start a request, email us at support@notiontemo.store with:

• Your order number or subscription email,
• A clear description of the issue you are facing, and
• Screenshots or a short video (if applicable).

We will respond within 2 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear.

European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. However, for digital content, your right of withdrawal is lost once you have started the download or access. By completing your purchase, you explicitly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledge that you will lose your cancellation right.

If you have not yet accessed or duplicated any template (e.g., you realise you purchased the wrong plan within minutes), we may consider a refund or store credit on a case‑by‑case basis. Please contact us immediately.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Files

In the unlikely event that the file you receive is corrupted, incomplete, or not the product you ordered, please contact us within 7 days. We will investigate and, if confirmed, provide a corrected download link or a full refund.

Exceptions – Non‑Refundable Items

Because all items are digital, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

• Templates that have been significantly modified by the customer,
• Subscriptions that have been active for more than 14 days,
• Products purchased during a sale or with a discount code (unless defective),
• Gift cards or store credits (non‑refundable).

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a template for a different one, please contact us. We will review your request and, if applicable, provide you with access to the alternative template at no extra cost, provided the original template has not been widely used or modified.
